Responsibility Beyond The Factory Floor
Tirupur's knitwear industry runs on its people — and so does VSJ. For us, social responsibility is not an annual report exercise; it is how we hire, train, pay and care for the 850+ families connected to our factory, and how we treat the environment we share with our neighbours.
Every CSR initiative at VSJ is funded from operations, tracked by our management team and reviewed alongside our compliance audits — the same discipline we bring to production.

Health & Wellbeing
Annual medical check-up camps on-site, eye-care drives, nutrition awareness sessions and a first-aid trained officer on every floor.
Education Support
School fee sponsorships for workers' children, book and uniform distribution each June, and apprenticeship seats for local ITI students.
Women's Skill Centres
Free tailoring and finishing training for women in Kongu Nagar and surrounding villages — over 400 trainees placed in apparel jobs to date.
Water & Green Cover
Zero-liquid-discharge dyeing, rainwater harvesting on the factory roof and 1,000+ saplings planted around the Tirupur cluster.
